First visit to this salon and will definitely be returning. Really happy with the result and got some good advice about keeping my hair healthy!
Lovely little salon. All the girls are really friendly and welcoming. I'm made up with my curly blow and will definitely be returning. Love to try out some of the other treatments they offer too.
The staff (Kerry and Anthony) were super friendly and funny, and Kerry did a great job at talking me through the cut, ideas for styling my hair as it grows out and even helped me brainstorm future ideas for colour! They immediately offered me a coffee and made me feel comfortable on arrival. The venue itself is humble but clean, and the humbleness is partly down to work being done next door anyways which will be over soon! I cannot recommend the cut and service enough - really pleasant and tip-top skills.
I loved my haircut and colour! I wasn't sure of what to have and the lady that did my hair suggested idea and i went with it. The colour turned out great and not to mention how amazing my blow dry was too!
I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The booking process was a nightmare to begin with, already putting me off! I asked for 10am, I then got a phone call asking to change it to midday. Then, a few days later Treatwell called me and left a voicemail to change it AGAIN (to 10:45). Unfortunately I was working away from home and didn't have time to reply to the two voicemails I got. Then, the night before my appointment I had to call them to actually find out when it was! The girl had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't very helpful. She then asked if I could do 11:45 and I said no. I finally got 10:15... Phew! When I showed, there were three members of staff and NO CUSTOMERS. Why couldn't I get 10am? I found out they opened at 10am also, so I don't understand why I couldn't have my initial appointment and why it was so messed up!
The appointment was OK. The girl who washed my hair was lovely and the hair dresser was quite nice. At first I felt self-conscious as the hairdresser picked on certain things i do with my hair; the shampoo I use, how often I wash it etc. I just wanted a hair cut, not a guilt trip! Plus, I'm not getting my hair cut because it's already perfect...! I'm also confused that my doctor was considered "wrong" for suggesting I use gentle products for a sensitive hair-loss condition and I should instead use the strong, chemical-based ones that the staff are clearly on commission for!
All in all, I loved the final look with my blow-dry but I'd prefer less guilt tripping and a better booking service!
