Hi Lyn
A great way to achieve this look on a ongoing basis is to have a soft body wave using medium/large spongy rollers. For a temporary effect you could use heated bendy rollers, that you leave in your hair for 15/20 mins. Take them out and run your fingers through your hair gently and you will have the desired look. Hope that helps. Jimo x http://www.jimosalako.com

Hi there, firstly put some serum thorough your hair mainly on the ends. Then apply mousse and if needs to be re-spray with water so the hair is wet. Then using a towel cup the hair into a towel from the bottom, don't rub it, just press the towel so the excess water is absorbed. Using a diffuser dry your hair on high heat and low speed. Don't pull your curls out, don't run fingers thorough. Dry it to 80% max, or it will go frizzy.
There is a product called SURF spray from Bumble and Bumble and it has the effect on the hair like the see water has.
Hope this helps. Any more questions, please contact me.

Dear Lyn
The best way is a perm using large molten brown sponge rollers to achieve that soft beachy look
