Check out all steam and sauna therapy reviews.
The whole day was amazing. The two course lunch was delicious and of restaurant standard.
Very nice place,we had a lovely time there
I went for a Tranquillity Spa Day and have awarded it 3 stars.
On arriving we were met with a friendly welcome, shown around etc.
Had afternoon tea and coffee, possible a little more cream cheese with the smoked salmon. Yummy scones and cream.
Spent the rest of the afternoon totally chilling in and around the pool, and great selection of steam rooms. Came away feeling much better than when we arrived.
There was some kind of mix up with our booking- I had called to confirm the treatments after booking and the spa did not have any recollection or record of this. I had originally organised treatments at 12 and lunch at 2 however was offered lunch at 1 and treatments at 3.30. This also suited us well and the spa reception sent us a complimentary glass of prosecco to our table at lunch...nice touch! Mistakes can be easily made but the service provided to account for this was amazing, staff were very apologetic and got the problem sorted right away.
Everything was great. Fantastic.
I went for a One Night Spa Break with Dinner and have awarded it 5 stars.
I went for a Luxury Spa Day for Two and have awarded it 5 stars.
I took my partner for the Couples Therapy package.
The venue is clean, the staff are professional and personable and the treatments were just lovely (hot stone massage/facial/mani/pedi). The staff accommodated changing a full manicure for an express mani and pedi, and were also kind enough to swap around our spa time, as we were having issues with transport.
The spa area is clean and private and the staff are discreet, professional, polite and friendly. Nice selection of complimentary beverages on offer.
The hot stone massage was very relaxing and ironed out all my kinks and niggles. The Dermalogica facial was lovely and included a head and shoulder massage, my skin was glowing afterwards.
Venue is literally 30 seconds from the station (Worthing) and a 20 minute walks/5 minute taxi journey away from the sea front - we went for dinner afterwards as it was so close.
Would recommend and would return.
The Spa day was a birthday gift for my partner, and she loved it and so did I, from the moment we arrived the staff took care of everything, they were all so friendly and caring and went out of their way to ensure our day was perfect, and it was, we haven't been that relaxed in a long time. We loved lazing around in the tranquillity room before and after our treatment, we even fell asleep and had to be woken when it was time for our treatment. The pool, steam and sauna were spotless, and we loved the low lighting which made it all feel even more relaxing. We opted for high tea at lunch time which was top quality, the Tia lunch looked great too. We stayed the night in the hotel as part of the Spa package and had our evening meal there, which was wonderful.....
