Excellent service and hotel. Clean rooms. Only thing that let the hotel down was the quality of breakfast though they did have a lot of variety.
Overall the stay was a very pleasant one and I would definately return, I loved the whole experience and was made to feel very welcome by the hotel staff. Only a few minor downsides, the changing rooms could really use some anti slip mats and the carpets in the hotel were a bit stained.
Great spa break would recommend and will use again. The changing rooms were very slippery so be careful when walking. Apart from that fab thanks

Spa treatments were average, not the best quality I've experienced. The spa facilities were a little tired overall, which was disappointing. Individual staff varied from very helpful and friendly to quite off-hand.
The hotel itself was very attractive and staff were accommodating, especially when we asked to move rooms after being situated right next to the noisy lift. The three course meal included in the deal was excellent.
Overall pretty good value for money but spa could have been better.
One small niggle was that there was no record of my pre-payment through lastminute.com, so I had to re-verify this several times.
