I went with a friend to use our marine algae body wrap vouchers and the experience was great. The treatment was lovely - a back scrub, a back massage and a back algae treatment, all of which left my back feeling great and me very relaxed! Also good value for money. I've yet to try the main facilities at the spa but liked the look of what I saw, so will definitely be going back!
I went with my sister and we went into the spa first so we were already relaxed by the time that we went into our treatment. The gym and tonic treatment was lovely although I was a little aprehensive when the therapist asked whether I was allergic to nuts or fish beforehand. As a mobdeal it represents excellent value and it's worthwhile paying extra to use the spa also.
I didnt enjoy the massage much, however I did fall asleep for a while during my mud treatment! It was good value for money, however upon leaving it felt like a I was back at a school gym as there were a group of boys chatting up the receptionist. Not what I was expecting to put up with after a relaxing treatment!
The therapist was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't too impressed by the actual make-up lesson as it didn't teach me anything new and I felt that the purpose was just to try and sell me products.
I felt very relaxed during and after the therapy. The table was comfortable and the masseur applied just the right amount of pressure. It started on time but was a little shorter then the allotted hour.
