We enjoyed the spa day - however we found the facials variable. The therapist that did the facial for two of us was very good and we both enjoyed it (although found having tin foil wrapped over our face was pretty weird!). The third person had another therapist and she really didn't enjoy the experience, apparently the lady didn't say a word and she didn't feel comfortable in the treatment room. She could hear the therapist texting while her mask was on and she seemed a bit 'disgruntled'.
Overall we had a wonderful day, but I suppose with most things it depends on your therapist and whether they are having an off day!

I spent a couple of hours at Spa London recently and had the most wonderful time. I booked a 3 hour session but had to run off for an appointment after two. Two hours was plenty but next time I will definitely use the third. The facilities are clean, relaxed and just the perfect ambience. The steam rooms, heat rooms and haman area are great and really provide that full spa experience. I also liked the added touch of tea and apples available in the relaxation area where you can read the latest magazines on very comfortable couches. I came out almost floating on air having forgotten the everyday stresses of the city. Will definitely be going back.
I am posting this on behalf of my friend. She´s got to say " I loved my birthday present. Not keen on spas full of peopl e but the place is so big and has got so many facilities you can get lost and hardly share any of the facilities especially in the middle of the week as we did. Reccommend it 100%"
I went there with my friend to treat her for a birthday present and although at the very beginning I was not sure of the location I thought it was a fantastic discovery once you get in. Fabulous in every sense! The services, the ambience....
