I booked my spray tan treatment ahead of time so that I had enough time to get it done before I started work. I arrived to the spa 20 mins early filled out a medical questionnaire and was sat in a corridor by myself. At no point after I had been sent to the corridor was I approached by a member of staff. It had reached 13.05pm and I was still waiting to be seen by a member of staff. I approached a beauty therapist who was on her way to do a treatment who couldn't help. I then asked at reception. At 13.10pm the beauty therapist I was booked in with came straight out of the treatment with a client and asked if I was waiting for a wax. When I explained it was a spray tan she got very angry and started moaning to a colleague and receptionists he didn't want to do this treatment. The therapist started my tan approx. 13.25... 25 mins after my appointment time. Whilst she was setting up the tanning tent she complained to me that the reception team shouldn't of booked her in for this appointment due to a (very sensitive) subject that she shared the details of. My tan was sprayed uneven and not worth the money. My overall experience was not a good one.

Overall a good experience but very hard to book treatments in addition. There was a bit of rubbish in the relaxation room and it can't be avoided but the lounge chairs were rather damp from the sessions before which wasn't great. In terms of a nice group day out, this spa day was very well priced however.
The Spa has a lot of nice facilities and relaxing area with magazines. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean and some of the rooms were a bit smelly. Besides this it was a very relaxing experience.
I had a very thorough scrub and perhaps the best wax yet! Quick and as pain free as possible without a hair in sight. Great service, lovely staff, good value.
