I arrived on time and was left waiting for half an hour for a wax which was supposed to take 10 minutes! I had to go and find someone to find out what was going on. The wax itself was untidy and patchy in the end - I probably could have done it better myself at home! Would not recommend.

The eyebrow waxing was spot on. No pain, and quick and efficient. The spray tan was good, however I wasn't told to wear those sticky white feet protector things so I ended up having to scrub self tan off the soles of my feet. The colour was good, lasted about 4 days. You cannot go out the night you get it done though, you turn a very strange colour before you rinse it off 8 hrs later.

I always ask for Irina at Spa London, York Hall. She is excellent at waxing treatments. It's a little expensive, but worth it for the treatment.

I arrived at 11.30 for a spray tan - after 10minutes of waiting i was told they were not aware of my spray tan booking for 12 - i showed them the confirmation even though upon booking they tell you not to bring confirmation as the spa will be aware of your booking- with no explanation other than 'it was missed in the email' i had to return 3 hours later- i took time off work ehich cost me for this so i was not happy
