Brilliant balayage - really good results but not as attentive as would expect. Balayage was very quick but good results and looked exactly how I wanted - just would have preferred to pay less for a quick trim at the end as the cut took no time at all.
Usually amazing and can’t fault. However, different staff member on this particular day, who was not in a good mood even the other girls commented on it. Wasn’t a nice experience for a heavily pregnant lady!
