Balayage was rushed and consequently I can't see any change to my hair colour. Also I was treated like an annoyance rather than a customer. I have emailed Muse of London since but I haven't heard anything back in well over a week. Disappointing.

Brilliant balayage - really good results but not as attentive as would expect. Balayage was very quick but good results and looked exactly how I wanted - just would have preferred to pay less for a quick trim at the end as the cut took no time at all.
