Had a nice haircut and good balayage treatment. I was persuaded to have Olaplex as an extra but it was nice to have it. Would recommend

The overall experience was good. Roland (I think that was his name!) took great care of me, and ensured that I got the look I was going for - which was quite different to the look I had upon arrival.
