The overall experience was good. Roland (I think that was his name!) took great care of me, and ensured that I got the look I was going for - which was quite different to the look I had upon arrival.

My gel mani & pedi were done in agreed time, professionally and I was very happy with the result. I gave 4 stars for the ambience as the nail part is done below the ground and feels a bit claustrophobic.
