Sometimes I forget how my treatments make me feel. Then when I start feeling stressed and overwhelmed I realise that I have missed two weeks treatments. I really love the way I feel after the rollr shaper the infra red sauna and wrap. This place has really helped me to understand the true meaning of self love.
