I had my first full lymphatic roller session and absolutely loved it! I felt so much lighter afterwards. The ladies are so lovely and welcoming too it’s definitely become my little “me time” place.

I really enjoyed the treatments. The therapist was really good, she explained everything really well and I knew what to expect. I would defo recommend wearing a long sleeved t-shirt on the roller as my arms were a little sore the next day (she did recommend I did) . The venue was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
