I am absolutely over the moon with the treatments that I’ve been receiving. This is my third summer coming here and I always get great results alongside my personal training and anything healthy. I can already see visible changes after eight sessions and will definitely continue to make this irregular lifestyle change not just a treat. The atmosphere is fantastic. Safron is so knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

The Body Wrap which I had was for half-a-hour. I found that very relaxing, I had 2 sessions, and to me after the 2nd session I could then see the results. I think it is well worth it and good for keeping your body in shape.

Loved the lympathic wrap with heat and it helps releases all the build up of fluid in my body and the heat helped my aching knees and ankles and arms. Feel lovely and warm on a rainy day in June.
