Treatments and the food were really good , the spa is a little dated could do with a revamp esp the changing rooms but it’s clean . Overall value for money excellent

The outside area at the front of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained, which creates a great first impression. However, the conditions and cleanliness inside the hotel were a real let down. The large glass front door entrance dirty, cobwebs on chandeliers, the stair carpets old, dirty and damaged. The superior room was more like double room, the towels felt damp, my robe had a ripped pocket and belt holder, plates at breakfast felt gritty … the hotel needs a thorough clean and updating
