The staff were very nice but things were unclear and we were given the wrong opening time for the spa, so we came down after it had already closed. That was really annoying because we paid for that specifically. The dinner was nice and we thought it would was 2 for £25 as advertised but we were later told that that only applies outside of weekends.
The room was nice but there was no phone/sign for room service, and with thin walls you could hear every conversation in adjacent rooms.

Unfortunately I was unable to get my treatment as it was the following day. I left after half an hour of arriving at Guildford manor due to the standards that I found unacceptable.. the hotel is filthy, messy, dated and my room smelt like someone had died.. I obviously complaint and was told I had an upgrade already so that was pretty much the best it would get.. after a 3 hour drive there I decided to leave and I was refused a refund and even though I cancelled treatments again no refund ..
