Honestly I can’t fault anything about our spa morning at Guildford Manor. From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful and we felt relaxed. We used the gym which was the perfect temperature. Then went to the outside pool/jacuzzi area which was just so tranquil.
My head/back massage was top grade.!! She asked if I had any problem areas which she then proceeded to work on - it was brilliant.
We had a two course lunch completely exceeded any expectations we had. It was delicious.

Hotel was nice & different / quirky ,
Food was OK ,staff lovely I have to say ,
Facial very dated room & booked a 50 min Elemis facial it’s lasted 35 min as when your walking to the room or waiting for them in the spa reception ,they time that the start of the treatment ( never heard of that before )
she was sweet enough but wasn’t the best for the price of it all & felt rushed :-) xx

The staff were attentive outside space pool ect were great, very relaxing and facial and massages were very good. I would go again, afternoon tea the cakes could be a lot better, although sandwiches and scones were good, good value overall

The overall venue & spa was clean, well looked after however some of the classic double rooms especially in the baths & showers were very dirty and appeared outdated.
The staff were great and really helpful and friendly however there was never anyone at the spa desk.
The restaurant food was great however not the best at catering for GF/ Celiac especially at breakfast and dinner options were minimal with ?cross contamination.
Overall it was a lovely relaxing stay and I will definitely return.
