Hotel staff where very friendly, hotel was nice, the outside pool was lovely the inside spa needs updating.
I had a massage which wasn’t very good it was meant to be a 25min massage she started 10 mins late and finished 5 mins early so I ended up only having a 15 min massage when it should have been 25mins
Felt very rushed with little effort and actually felt like she didn’t want to be there I was so disappointed, i was also very cold throughout the treatment wouldn’t go back for that reason

The purpose of my visit was to relax and experience peace and well being. It was all the contrary. Alcoholic beverages were served outside the spa area where the open jacuzzi was. It was loud and full of people drinking and celebrating as if they were in Ibiza. Pretty dissappointed as the hotel manager did nothing at all to stop it.
The area is beautiful but doesn't serve its purpose.

The treatment itself was excellent — my therapist was professional, attentive, and clearly experienced. I felt relaxed throughout, and the quality of the massage/facial really stood out as a highlight. It’s easy to see why many people return just for the treatments including me who didn't return alone but with 5 of my friends 🙃 🙂
The setting is also lovely, especially the exterior and surrounding grounds, which create a great first impression and a relaxing atmosphere my friends said.

Good venue delicious evening meals and breakfast. Good massage. Needs more sunbeds outside or by pool .
Rooms as requested next to each other and had tried to put us out of earshot of wedding party but were some noisy guests Friday night .
No smoking signs by pool were ignored by some guests and not reinforced, as were smokers outside restaurant.

Walked out of my scheduled facial because it was unenjoyable/ stressful. The therapist didn’t know what she was doing. Felt like I was being attacked by a flannel. The man at reception was lovely and scheduled for me to have a massage instead. The massage was brilliant but the change to schedule meant my husband and I weren’t having our treatments at the same time which was a shame. Steam room was disappointing- not hot or steamy enough.
