Lovely location, restaurant excellent, we originally booked for 5 nights but due to personal reasons had to leave early. The hotel gave us a very fair refund. Would certainly stay there again.

We came to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were in the outdoor hot tub for most of the afternoon but only ever saw the waiter once to ask about drinks. We had dinner but had a very drunk and disorderly group of 4 in the restaurant. Dress code said no work wear before you enter the restaurant, yet the man that was very drunk was in full work gear including a tool belt and a jumper advertising his roofing company. They ended up smashing glasses everywhere, very scary!

Lovely facial and headmassage couldn't fault it. Only one toilet and two showers working at spa was very poor. Only one staff serving afternoon tea and no one around to ask for more tea. Felt very short staffed. Wouldn't go back for the price for the day.

Booked this special spa day to treat my friend for her birthday. Overall the actual spa bit we were very disappointed with. It did not feel like a 4 star hotel. To have only one toilet for all the spa guests male and female was a disgrace. There should be more toilets. There wasn't even a hook to hang up your robe and towel in the toilet. As for the changing room it was shocking. It was a unisex changing room which we wasn't told when booking.only two showers working too which we had to wait for

The hotel was a let down, misunderstandings, treatments were average but not great. Food was great . But the cleanliness was an issue. Our blind in the room had dozens of dead bugs on it. Spiders in the lounge squashed on the wall, and huge cobwebs on the big light fitting as you come into the hall.
The toiletries were mass produced Chinese budget products and yet they sell great products in the spa. Why not find a middle ground ? The view from our room was an eye sore.
