Unfortunately I was left bruised all over my back. I suffer with Cervical Spondylosis and I think the therapist perhaps worked too deep on me bearing in mind my chronic illness. She was lovely and was probably one of the best massages I’ve had but it became painful. I am now struggling to mobilise due to the pain.

My friend's experience with masseuse Nosheen was shocking, intrusive, and entirely unacceptable.
Nosheen crossed professional, ethical, and personal boundaries, being medically intrusive and making inappropriate personal comments, non-consensually touching an area, body shaming her and insulting me for no reason, as well as violating privacy and making her take off her bottoms for no reason.
The venue has been aggressive and unpleasant, refusing to engage, refund or even speak to the masseuse.

Nayra was excellent, friendly and professional. The spa at Guildford Manor is looking a bit tired and could really do woth a refurb, but they dealt with my last minute booking very well and the massage was great; very firm but thats what I wanted.

I really enjoyed my spa day. The only thing that I would critique is that the robes are not very big. I'm a plus-size lady, and I specifically asked for a large robe, and was told that it was a larger size, but actually, it was just an XL, it didn't join up at the front, never mind wrap over, and I felt very uncomfortable/uncovered in it.
The rest of the day was lovely. The treatments were very relaxing, just what I needed. The afternoon tea was delicious and very beautifully presented.
