Joanne was fantastic, but you feel like a spare part if you are not staying at the hotel. You even have to pay £7 to hire a robe which I thought was a joke after paying over 80 quid for a massage

I treated my partner and I to a 2 day spa experience. We had a very relaxing time. -Positives The rooms were very clean. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast 8/10 Treatment 10/10 Spa 8/10 -Negatives Scrambled eggs at breakfast too soggy Weird bathroom layout. No toilet brush in ensuite bathroom. Most of the grounds is grass, so bring wellys.( Not the worst thing but be prepared) Hot tub had dirt in at at one point ( not sure if from dirty members)
