Good deep tissue massage but only half treatment time. Therapist not on reception when I arrived. We got to treatment room 15 minutes late but finished on time so paid for 50 minutes and got 30.

The massage was lovely and the lady was so kind and friendly.
The downside was the staff at reception were not informative and they did not explain to us where things were enough- I had not been here before so it would have been nice to be shown around and shown where our afternoon tea was. So I felt a bit uncomfortable which is a shame as the grounds are beautiful.

When we arrived we got given our robes and towels, but there wasn’t a receptionist in the spa area to show us around. Didn’t get given flip flops until towards the end someone gave one of a us a pair and they were just left on the table.
The changing rooms were mixed and had children around and just wasn’t what we were expecting.
Had to go back to main reception asking if there was somewhere for Coffee, and then where we go for lunch.
It just felt very unorganised.

The spa was nice but some facilities could be improved. To buy a drink you had to go into the bar which wasn’t close to the spa. Apart from checking in and the treatment we didn’t see any other staff. The afternoon tea was nice.
