We came to the hotel as a birthday treat for myself had a Swedish massage and also a facial an absolute treat.
The Jacuzzi and sauna room so relaxing.
The restaurants has an excellent menu.
The staff are always welcoming, the scenery surrounding the hotel is just beautiful, watching the red kites fly by.
Can’t wait to come again.

Room was a poor standard for the executive room ,blocked shower tray, toilet making a noise all night ,wedding guests making noise and just walking around everywhere, definitely avoid going when there is a wedding on, communication poor from staff in general, with complaint ,big big shame as we have came a few times and really enjoyed it ,but this time was very disappointing

Not very happy or welcoming receptionist when checking in, didn't really explain anything, had to ask. My booking included a bottle of Prosecco to the room which I paid £37 for. This was not in the room, had ask for it and the reception lady did not appear to be too bothered and she did not even apologise or anything which I thought was out of order. As one can imagine, this was a special occasion for me and my wife. So unfortunately not a good experience and certainly would not recommend it.

The spa facilities are good, especially the small pool outside, clean with lovely views. The staff was lovely and accommodating. Overall really dirty though: changing rooms are mixed with wet dirty floors(with rubbish) treatment room shabby and dusty
