The cleaning standard are really low, the steam room was dirty and not well maintained, the swimming pool as well, the spa section is not clean at all.
The room was good size , but again the cleaning standard is really poor.
About the dining experience, not happy at all,
The choices are pretty the same every day, the service is really slow and again the cleaning standard is not good.
The breakfast as well, no cereal, no fruit,no porridge, just some cooked breakfast very poor

I booked last minute through Secret Escapes and was not disappointed. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The spa was lovely and I had the best massage I’ve ever had with Fred (I managed to get the only slot left on the day - my boyfriend was gutted!)
We enjoyed a delicious 2 course dinner and the service was very good.
I definitely hope to return very soon!

We really enjoyed Swedish massage. The environment is very beautiful, with delicate touches. The music was really calming, and the products are of a lovely quality - they smell divine! I would highly recommend and will be returning very soon! Thank you!

We paid for an hour long deep tissue massage, however the treatment was an unusual experience. The massage therapist “rubbed” (for want of a better word) me for essentially 50minutes. He placed a modest towel over my intimate areas and proceeded to “rub” my stomach area. He did this all with his eyes closed. A very different kind of deep tissue massage and one that i would not feel comfortable to have again.
