It's such a shame when a company does a deal and then practically forces you to spend more money - I think they should just be honest up front. I booked a T-section which stated a blow dry wasn't included - which was fine by me but when I got there they said I had to have one. I argued my case - but they weren't happy and its a shame as it just made the whole experience uncomfortable. I had been looking forward to trying the salon as it is local and does wine tasting (a great love of mine) but now I just feel unwelcome there. The T-section was OK but to be honest I don't think it was on long enough and was more of a strip then a proper t-section. The staff were sweet (not the manager/owner) but I wouldn't recommend it now. Sorry

Had a Cut and Blowdry Groupon deal at this salon and couldn't be happier. The staff were very welcoming and there was a relaxed atmosphere. It was clear they had a lot of regulars. My hairdresser Eriko listened attentively to what I wanted and did a fantastic job!
I was disappointed with my experience here. I was looking for a local salon but I won't be returning here. It's not that it was a horrible experience it just felt like they were out of touch. While the staff was friendly, they went at their own pace and perhaps because I was there for an offer they didn't want to spend as much time on my hair as the other clients. The main problem was that my hair stylist was colouring someone else's hair at the same time, so kept leaving to check on the other client. She only spent about 15 minutes washing and cutting my hair and the rest of the time I was left waiting while she attended to the other client. In the end her colleague ended up blow trying my hair and she was quick and friendly. Unfortunately the whole thing took nearly 2 hours and I was left with a mediocre hair cut.
Really great cut and fantabulous colour!
All the staff were really friendly and very good with advice on caring for your hair...without trying to sell you products!

The staff was fairly friendly, the salon is a bit outdated. The girl who cut and blow dried my hair had wonderful 'feather hands', could barely feel her working which was amazing. Shame she didn't understand what I wanted and I ended up leaving the salon a bit disappointed by the end result.
I was looking for a new local hairdresser where I can go back repeatedly, Chez Stephan won't be the one.
