I decided to try Chez Stephan about 2 years ago after an extremely expensive visit to a well known over priced salon... I have been dying my hair for over 10 years and these well known salons were constantly ripping me off and I had enough and find Chez Stephan. I can honestly say they made me feel comfortable and I totally trusted them to do my hair. I have very long blonde hair and have changed the colour (dark, light) many times and after every visit I am always extremely happy with my hair. Charlene is the one who regularly does my hair and knows my hair very well so will give me advice!
If you are sick of being overcharged by these big hair salons and would prefer something intimate and good value for money, Chez Stephan is your place to go!

Treatment wasn't as described, it was a keratin treatment rather than a Brazilian blow dry, which was very disappointing. It was difficult to discuss this due to a language barrier with my French stylist (who was very nice). The salon was nice - even gave me a glass of wine as they are also a wine shop! - but the poor rating is due to disappointment at what I received.
I think is more of an issue to do with how Treatwell display product information than the salon, however Treatwell haven't yet responded to my email I sent a couple of days ago.
