Staff was very lovely, they really made sure they understood what I wanted and that I was satisfied. They also recommended some things and offered great deals for me to come back. I live all the way up to East London and travelled to Putney because I wanted to try the salon and didn't regret it. Would definitely go back!

Had a really nice experience at Chez Stephan studio, had a lovely French hairdresser who's name I hope I spell correctly 'Faha' . She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and the cut is perfect and she has made my hair so much closer to blonde . Can't wait to go back and get to the full blonde colour :)
I booked with a voucher and did pay a bit extra for the length of my hair, for the senior hairdresser and then for the toner. But even with the extras it was still great value for money .
No complaints here :)
