I have to say that I was ecstatic after my visit to Chez Stephan. The hairdresser ( Minee ? ) sorry if spelt wrong was professional , paid close attention to my needs , and was pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere was very cool in a chic French way. I had coffee and mineral water. I left delighted with my haircut and blow dry feeling like a million dollars ; and received many compliments.
