Treatment wasn't as described, it was a keratin treatment rather than a Brazilian blow dry, which was very disappointing. It was difficult to discuss this due to a language barrier with my French stylist (who was very nice). The salon was nice - even gave me a glass of wine as they are also a wine shop! - but the poor rating is due to disappointment at what I received.
I think is more of an issue to do with how Treatwell display product information than the salon, however Treatwell haven't yet responded to my email I sent a couple of days ago.

Staff was very lovely, they really made sure they understood what I wanted and that I was satisfied. They also recommended some things and offered great deals for me to come back. I live all the way up to East London and travelled to Putney because I wanted to try the salon and didn't regret it. Would definitely go back!
