I received a lovely warm welcome on arrival, offered a drink and a magazine. The hairdresser was experienced and efficient and answered the questions I had and offered advice. Pleasant atmosphere, would visit again.

I have visited Chez Stephan quite a few times unfortunately my latest experience wasn’t great. My hair cut wasn’t what I was after. It was cut into a very short bob after I asked for only a trim. Perhaps it was my fault for not making my instructions clearer or the hairdresser just didn’t understand... I think I will go back but perhaps to a different stylist.

I was very pleased with my full head colour and cut but the blow dry did seem to take a very long time, it looked lovely just took a bit too long. Will definitely return though as staff were very pleasant and salon is lovely.
