I loved my first appointment. Charlene was terrific, the colour is perfect and the cut superb. I cannot recommend Chez Stephan more highly.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Attentive staff. Consultation good despite language barrier. Given a creative and stylish cut and subtle highlights-which I asked for. Toilet clean and fresh and 'proper' barista style coffee. Would recommend and would return.

this was my first visit and Farah, my hairdresser, and Stephan really looked after me. Farah discussed everything with me and was very helpful when I asked for suggestions. So pleased with my hair, and the wine is gorgeous!
