Awful quality, trainee hairdressers managed to mess up my hair and colour. Which then the colour got fixed but the cut was awful had to go to another hairdresser to fix it and ended up having to cut a lot more. He stated the previous hairdresser was very inexperienced.

I went to Chez Stephan for a cut and blow dry. My usual Stylist noticed that my roots needed redoing and Stephan intervened with an offer I couldn’t refuse! Fara then set about applying my now noted color. I was offered drinks , magazines etc. We then discussed the cut and everything went according to plan . After a lovely blow dry, she checked the cut and feathered it a little to add shape. Overall very happy and it was very reasonable.
