Your body works hard — and at Tonosis, we make sure it gets the care it deserves. We specialise in sports massage therapy that's built around real results: better performance, faster recovery, and a body that keeps up with the demands you place on it. Our certified, fully insured and graduate sports therapists bring genuine expertise and a personal touch to every single session, because good treatment starts with listening.

Nearest public transport:

Tonosis sits right in the heart of Cambridge city centre, making it easy to fit in a proper recovery session even on the busiest of days. Several bus routes stop nearby — so getting here is one less thing to think about.

The team:

No two bodies are the same, and our therapists know that better than anyone. We take the time to understand what you're dealing with — the tension that won't shift, the injury that keeps coming back, the tightness that's slowing you down — and we build your treatment around that. Our targeted massage techniques ease muscle tension, restore flexibility, and help keep injuries at bay, all within a plan shaped entirely around your needs and goals.

What we like about the venue:

  • Atmosphere: Calm, clinical, and confidence-inspiring — exactly the kind of space that helps you switch off and let the recovery work begin.
  • Specialises in: TSports massage, deep tissue therapy, injury prevention, recovery rehabilitation, complementary therapy, and relaxation — all tailored for you, with respect, attention, and a whole lot more than a generic rubdown. From desk-bound tension to athletic recovery, we treat the person in front of us, not a textbook.
  • Brands and products used: Every product we use is organic and natural — and we're particularly proud to use Songbird Massage Waxes, a professional-grade wax formulated specifically for sports massage. With 100% natural ingredients, it's as kind to your skin as it is effective on those deeper layers of tension. It's not just a product choice — it's a reflection of how seriously we take what goes on your body.
  • The extra touches: Booking is quick and easy online, with flexible slots that work around you. We keep treatment notes between sessions, offer honest aftercare advice, and never rush an appointment. Expect a quiet, private space where everybody is welcome. English and Greek are spoken fluently.
