Treatment Suite: The treatment suite will have six luxury treatment rooms including a double treatment room and a relaxation lounge. Guest will be able to choose from Elemis and Made for Life relaxing treatments as well as Cancer Therapy Treatments.
A Swimming pool with stunning walled garden views: Our swimming pool will be heated and is approximately 12 metres long by 5.7 metres wide and 1.2 metres deep
Vitality pool: The rich Vitality Pool has an operating temperature of 34-36°C, air jets to the lower footwell area, water massage jets to each seat, neck massage canons and volcano pads. Our Vitality Pool is completely bespoke, making the pool as striking as it is functional.
A Sauna: Our sauna operates at 80-95°C/3-8% humidity with the main health benefits being to improve circulation. The Sauna will have stunning window views out to our walled garden.
A Steam Room: Our Steam cabin operates at 45°C/95% humidity with the main health benefits being to rejuvenate, cleanse and hydrate the skin.
A Tepidarium: Our Tepidarium operates at 37-39°C/3-8% humidity and the main health benefits are to create deep relaxation in a gentler way. Curved and profiled relaxation seats allow the ultimate comfort for the bather.
Heated Loungers: Utilising luxury, the heated loungers are ergonomically shaped to provide comfort. Already warmed, they are designed for relaxation and a positioned central for a thermal experience.
Experience Showers: Offering three different experiences, the full automated showers have alternating audio, colour light therapy and essential oils delivered through different nozzles.
Fully-equipped gymnasium: The state of the art gym will comprise of weights and cardio equipment with a window looking out onto the wonderful gardens.
Other facilities include a Spa Retail Boutique, Ladies and Gentleman's Changing Areas, Accessible Changing Rooms and a fully licensed Lounge & Champagne Bar.

Acupuncture and Tui Na by Melanie Jackson
Well Of Health is Melanie Jackson's acupuncture and Tui Na (Chinese Massage) practice offering a range of wellness treatments such as acupuncture, cupping and massage and gua sha. Melanie trained at Reading's College of Integrated Chinese medicine for 4 years and gained additional experience in Tui Na at a university hospital in China in 2010. Beginning her journey into body work, namely Tui N,a which comprises Chinese massage techniques and acupressure, during a visit to Malaysia in 1994, Melanie enjoyed helping friends and family with this learning. Wishing to build upon her healing skills Melanie sought to undergo more extensive and deeper study of Chinese medicine through acupuncture. She gained her acupuncture degree in 2009. This led her to formalise her Tui Na skills with a UK recognised diploma, gained in 2011 after which she did further work at CICM in Reading under supervision of her teachers alongside her own Acupuncture and Tui Na practice which continues in Oxford.
