I have had 2 good experiences at this salon. However, I was not so lucky on this visit. The salon was v busy, and as a result, my shellac manicure was rushed and the end product is really poor: 1. when they removed my last manicure they didn't leave the wraps on for long enough, meaning that when they scraped off the nail polish they also took half the surface of my nails; 2. they didn't take the care with filing my nails so they are all jagged; 3. they didn't leave the shellac to harden for long enough, so it has smudged. Would I recommend? Definitely not, my nails are ruined.
