Attentive and quick, good selection of colours. Only problem is their drying machines and top coat really don't work - nails took absolutely ages to dry and ended up smudged within a few hours of getting them done. They need to invest in proper fast-dry solutions for mani/pedi customers who do not want shellac.

When I got to the salon, I was told my booking only showed a pedicure. I had to pull up the email confirmation to show her that I had booked Gel Manicure, and normal Pedicure. She insisted her booking showed a gel pedicure, and only that and was quite rude. I had already paid for both treatments, or else I would have turned around and left. Rating 3 stars because the girl who did my nails was very talented.
