My manicure lasted a day before it started chipping badly! The staff were also not too keen to hear that I had paid using a Wahanda voucher, even though I paid extra for a manicure (not just acrylic take-off) AND, I brought a friend to get her nails done too.
The staff were rude, hardly spoke English and tried to deal with several customers at the same time, leaving me alone several times in the treatment....the whole experience was not relaxing, nor ideal!

Great value service and very clean and comfortable venue. Waxing staff can be a little unfriendly due to language barrier also was chewing gum the whole time, which was kind of off putting
The place has a very professional and clean feel to it. My sister had her nails done and was very happy with the job. I had a hollywood wax. The lady who waxed me didn't say a word to me and it did feel a little awkward at times without any instruction given. She also didn't remove all of my hair. I would definitely go back for nails, however probably elsewhere for my wax.

The salon is one of the most gorgeous salon's I've experienced in a long time and the staff are really friendly! Only downside is that they had to rush my nails and I left with wet nails because they spent too long on my pedicure and it was past closing time! But hey nothing smudged so I can't be complaining.

Not a great experience. The staff were lovely, very polite and friendly, but they were very understaffed and had no receptionist so my nail technician had to stop to answer the phone or serve a customer every few minutes. What should have taken an hour and a half maximum took 2 and a half hours! It seemed very chaotic and they were struggling with how many customers they had. They either need to hire a receptionist or not take so many bookings for the same time! My treatment was good, although I had to shape my nails myself to get them right, but the paint was very well done. My technician was very nice and apologetic and I would book her again, but I don't think I'll be going back to that salon.
