Quite a hit and miss salon, some staff are great while others can be rather rough and haphazard. Unfortunately this time, it was a miss. The lady at reception barely spoke English and initially couldn't find my booking then was very rough filing my nails and doing cuticle work which made the pedicure painful at times.
The treatment started 20 minutes late, but I was made a cup of tea to make up for this. The nails themselves are a little messy and the length is uneven, the venue was nice but I don't think I will return.
This was absolutely terrible from the moment I walked in. The girl at the front doubted whether I'd already paid as she did not know of my appointment. She asked for proof twice and I have never experienced this when going to appointments booked on Treatwell.
Absolutely terrible treatment itself as well. I tried to diffuse the initial annoyance by asking for her advice and being nice but she couldn't have cared less. She rolled her eyes as another customer left and when hurting me, she just sighed at my shock. Also, my nails weren't even filed properly and when choosing a colour and upon changing my mind before she applied it, she was evidently annoyed and had the audacity to tell me that when I choose a colour I should stick to it.
Absolutely terrible experience.
Overall the experience was good. The only negative is that there was an overwhelming amount of colour choices and it felt a little disorganized when I was trying to find colours I liked as it was a bit mixed up.
