We came here for my sisters hen do and it was everything and more. The spa was lovely and spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. All 9 of us will defiantly be back.

A very nice relaxing day, nice facilities.
The only very slight down point was that whilst I was having my massage there was someone outside the room talking loudly which disturbed the peace a bit but otherwise lovely.

My friend and I had a super day . We came on a woucher and were not too sure what to expect . The hotel I would describe as ‘tired’ but perfectly clean . All the staff were very helpful and attentive . We had no reason at all to complain and will return .

The staff were all lovely and food was delicious. The pool area needs upgrading along with the changing rooms but I think that was reflected in the price. Would definitely return!

Although smaller than other spas I've visited, The Manor had everything I'd expected. The treatments, lunch and staff were all first class.
At other venues we'd always been supplied with slippers and as we weren't advised to bring our own, we spent the day barefoot, not ideal.
When we came to leave at just after three thirty, the reception was unmanned and we had to wait fully five minutes for a staff meme to appear before we could reclaim deposits.
However, despite these two minor niggles, we thoroughly enjoyed our day.
