Everything was great except from the treatment. I didn’t say anything at the time as I didn’t want to cause a fuss. But my back massage was rushed, the therapist kept scratching me with her nails and often let my back go dry so her hands would stick and start to hurt.
The nice relaxing music on in the background would have been perfect to massage along to, but it seemed she was just going through the motions not really putting any effort into making it feel nice. Way to fast and felt uncomfortable.
Everything else was great, just very disappointed with the massage.

The spa area was much too cold and a lot of the grouting was black which made the spa look dirty. The treatments were excellent and the food was very good.

Value for money is what you get here, good staff & treatments, food and service. Lovely relaxing sun room been added now which was red hot the day we went. Really nice sitting there in the dark with the lights on in the Courtyard. One thing though, I do wish the pool area could be repainted in a better colour, dark grey makes it look dingy and grubby, a lovely pale blue would complement the sun room and brighten the look up a lot.
