Filthy from start to finish. Hair and dust throughout. Towels had rust or blood stains on them. Treatments were delivered with the lovely smell of cigarette breath. Lockers were broken, scruffy or had junk in them. Showers had mould and hair in them. My friend and I refused to use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room as if the rest of the building had anything to go by we knew we’d end up with someone else’s hair or plaster stuck to us. Nobody introduced themselves once and the uniforms were atrocious....either covered in bleach splatters (from where cos it was not from cleaning) or just I’m badly need of an update.
The meal was lovely however. We enjoyed this aspect of the visit.
We had use 9-9pm. We left at 5:30pm and went home for a shower and deep clean.

Excellent value for money. Treatments and staff very good. Food lovely. Unfortunately the shower and changing area were bit of a let down as showers blocked. Otherwise well worth the money

Lovely treatments at a fabulous hotel. We didn’t visit the actual Spa but it looked busy and we were more than happy with everything else on our visit.
