Lovely spa day, everyone was welcoming apart from the man in the restaurant. The treatments were good, the spa staff were also friendly and welcoming.
It could've been cleaner overall, and the restaurant staff reminded me of Fawlty Towers, but we will be back.

Spa day voucher for a full day given as a gift....but the only difference really was a different lunch menu yet almost twice the price of a half day.
Food very disappointing. The treatment was lovely but the sauna etc all a bit cramped although Lounge area bigger now.

The traetments were excellent. The venue is "tired" and needs a spruce up. Paint work worn and dark giving a grubby appearance. Slippers recomended but not supplied or prior information given. Changing room with old lockers and padlocks needs a sort out.
However all said and done for what we paid with a Groupon voucher I was quite happy. I dont think I would have been if I had paid full price.

Excellent staff and the massage was amazing. My only gripe is the coffee they charge £2.85 for was freezing when it arrived.
