The Spa is used by hotel non residents so can b quite busy, the spa facilities are 'tired ' looking , cups left out and water from pool on edges where u walk dirty looking! We had a voucher so ok for a special deal but wouldn't like to pay full price !

I visit the spa regularly and always enjoy it. The new loungers are a real bonus and make it a much better experience. It's very good value for money, the treatments/therapists are fantastic and the food is lovely. The flexibility around where lunch can be taken within this lovely building is also great.
The only improvement I'd suggest is allowing drinks in the lounger area which many spas do. Relaxing on the lounger with a prosecco would be a dream.

Lovely relaxing day. Swimming pool area starting to look tired. Only negative about the day was the long wait for lunch. Food when arrived was very good.
