This is a mixed review. All the staff in the spa, receptionists, therapists and restaurant without question were lovely which is actually the best thing about this experience. Really tired changing rooms. Needed a good clean and decorate. No private changing cubicles - only a communal changing area. Lounger chair cushions in the pool area very marked and very dirty and the floor in this area was not clean either. The pool water itself however was clear and excellent quality.
My foot treatment was really good. Back massage not so good - poor techniques and rhythm. Moved too quickly and worked asymmetrically. Food and restaurant was fine. Coffee in the spa was served lukewarm (twice). Treatment rooms clean and pleasant but no hand washing facility inside the rooms seems rather odd and not good practice.
All in all, the staff saved this experience, but I won’t go back.

I enjoyed it but the spa was a bit dated and could do with a bit of a lift to refresh the place . The female changing rooms could do with a spinner to get the water out of the swimwear which I have seen in other places .

Beautiful surroundings the spa is spacious with good facilities.The staff were very courteous and helpful.exvellent treatments and caring beauticians.lovely two course meal.An overall worthwhile relaxing visit I cannot wait to go again
