The Hotel looks so elegant on arrival. Spa facilities were poor and in need of abit tlc. Lunch was over priced having received a deal with £8 each (the starter was £6 alone). The meal for a sandwich and a starter was nearly £40 for 2 people with one drink! The treatments were extremely poor, scalp massage was so light to the touch i nearly thought i had asked for some other treatment. The foot cleanse was also poor. Very disappointed and first bad review for any spa. This was bought as a gift to cheer me up as my mother died recently. Nice gift, disappointing and wont go to this spa again

Loved the friendly and helpful staff. A lovely relaxing atmosphere with a very chilled out vibe. Treatments were very good and value for money. The food was gorgeous and the whole experience very enjoyable. Will be going back.

Lovely visit staff in the spa were very helpful and pleasant.Treatments were amazing.only downfall was when we went to the restuarant as i was led to believe we were to recieve a 2 course lunch yet when we arrived we were told we had an £8 allowance to the menu.also not even a jug of water on the table...2 of us asked for our gravy seperate and we got a small boat to share service in the restuarant was slow even though it wasnt busy.

Loved the treatments, great value for money! The staff were lovely in there too.
The food was nice, and the facilities were good. The staff in the restaurant however let this place down. There was only one person serving, and we were booked in for 12, we couldn't get into the restaurant until 12.10 and that was after we went searching for someone.
We were the first people in the restaurant & when other people came in and joined us, they were served 2 courses before we had one!
A smile goes a long way in customer service aswell.
