Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the spa area,especially the extended area which use to be outside on my last visit. One critisim would be the stream room, as it was not very hot. The treatments were lovely and very relaxing. It was good not needing money for the locker but feel the ladies changing area/toilets could benefit from a little refurb. The food was beautiful and good value for money. Overall the spa day which i purchased through groupon was very good value for money, therefore would return again.

Nice hotel in a nice area. The accommodation was good and the food was superb. We had two treatments each which were really good. We felt really relaxed after. The only thing that let it down was the swimming pool area which was grey and dull.

A relaxing day. The treatments were lovely and very relaxing. The food was amazing. Most staff were very friendly. However the two staff at reception were quite rude and not really interested in the guests- a shame when they were first and last faces we saw!
The place was nice but needs a bit of a revamp as it’s looking a bit tired in some areas.

Nice welcome on arrival. Decent sized, warm pool. Great jacuzzi. Sadly not the friendliest therapist. I never received a smile on meeting, or throughout my treatments. Had she been warmer my rating would have been higher. It didn't spoil my experience, but it is a shame after paying for treatments. Nice venue with areas to sit and relax. Clean changing rooms and showers. Lovely robes, lockers and hairdryers are provided.
