Such a beautiful place and really enjoyed the spa facilities and treatment, we stayed in the rooms separate for the main building which the rooms are were pretty basic I imagined more luxury and better decor but for the deal I got I can’t complain as it was a very cheap package, the food was lovely and well presented also breakfast service was great and plenty of choice just wish they had more fresh fruit , would of been nice for more of a lively lounge with music or entertainment but overall for the amazing price I’d return as I really enjoyed the spa

Was met by a quite unfriendly receptionist. The bar staff were definitely more pleasant but after a drink in the bar was told we had to wait another 1 1/2 hours for lunch. The lunch was excellent.
House keeping left a lot to be desired....thick dust on skirting boards and furniture had not been removed and cleaned underneath for an age.
The showers in the Spa were disgusting with the grouting jet black.
The treatments were excellent with a very pleasant efficient young girl.
All the staffs uniforms were very poorly turned out.
It was mine and my 2 daughters first experience of a spa . Yes it was a 3* spa and sadly to say it lived up to the 3*

Visited as a birthday gift for my mum and as always, the spa was so relaxing and peaceful. We had lunch at the venue too and that was delicious.

I was surprised that the spa was quite small and not particularly clean (the steam room particularly). But all of the spa staff were wonderful, especially the girl who did my treatments- she was lovely. When we went for our afternoon tea, one member of staff was particularly rude. We weren’t asked about any dietary requirements so when he brought it over and I asked if we could swap the meat sandwiches out for different ones, he was very obviously annoyed. It made us feel quite uncomfortable. The food itself wasn’t very nice and we couldn’t eat the desserts. However we still had a lovely day due to the spa staff and the overall feeling of the spa which was very relaxing.
