This was a disappointing visit I think the hotel needs to invest time and money into the spa to freshen things up.
The jacuzzi was dirty & foaming up because the chemicals are wrong there are tiles missing from around the side of it and mould around the tiles.
The steam room was not working so could only use sauna
There were dirty tables left for more than 2 hours before a staff member cleaned them and the floor around the sitting area was wet dirty and covered in hair

Spa was filthy, the treatments were not very enjoyable, the food was average and was made to pay for food from a two course meal deal that we didn’t want. Very disappointing, an email complaint has been sent
