We had a lovely relaxing day. The lady I had my treatments with was lovely. Wish I'd got her name. We will be back. The man that served our dinner was also lovely and made us laugh.

Overall the day was ok for the money I paid, but the whole place needs a bit of a refurbishment. It was a bit grubby, a bit smelly and I’m sure the towel had not been changed before I had my treatment 🤮 The treatment rooms were nice and fresh and the treatments I had were lovely. The steam room smelt of algae and the door didn’t close properly, the jacuzzi was frothy which I heard was to do with the chemicals not being correct but I’m not sure on that. The floors were not mopped so quite a few stray hairs were around and about. The changing room showers were not clean, and the drains didn’t work greatly either. The sauna was nice, and probably the cleanest place. I didn’t get to use a bed in the sun room as people had towels on them all day, even though a sign said not to do this and that management would remove them, this didn’t happen. The pool was fine. I won’t be returning until they do some refurbishment.
