Dirty dark and dingy, in need of a makeover. Full of kids. Pool not supervised.Saunas not working.Jacuzzi had foam?? Way too expensive for what we got. Would not recommend and will never go back. Worst spa day I have ever had.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Found the spa a bit dated, dark and small. The whole place could do with a refit. The treatments were nice but it would have been good if the staff told you what they were using on your face and body. The room was quite cold. They really need some decent soft fluffy towels instead of the hard, old and washed out ones they use. Lunch was good and nice to get the £8 voucher towards the cost.

We had a lovely relaxing day, the staff were very polite and courteous. The facilities are clean and modern, the pool is big enough to do some lengths. Our treatments were very nice, we had sugar scrubs and facials both were done professionally. We had a 2 course lunch in the resturaunt which was lovely, the staff there were very nice too. Would definitely return.
