Unfortunately had to cancel 48 hours before even though this was already paid for etc due to my twin sister who the spa day was bought for our 30th Birthday being very poorly and ending up in hospital. I spoke to the receptionist who advised it would be ok to rearrange the day and one of the managers would contact me to sort it out. I waited 24 hours for someone getting back in touch with me despite sending an email and calling again to a constant ringing telephone, I was then informed because I hadn't given 72 hours notice I lost the whole spa so therefore lost £75 I had paid for it as was not allowed to change the dates despite my sister being in hospital. Apparently it is listed in the small print on the wowcher code (nothing is seen on my wowcher voucher that I printed off) and I did not recall seeing it prior to booking. I've sent two further emails to them and have been completely ignored. It is disgusting service and all just about money, I paid £75 to celebrate myself and twins 30th at your spa and found you all to be very unhelpful and not accommodating. Unless I was expected to drag my sister out of her hospital bed to come along?? Definitely not!! The person emailing me back from your team is also very rude and patronising, I would not recommend this place as if you have an unforeseen situation like we have you are not supported or accommodated at all. I have lost a spa day and £75, and have a poorly twin. Not a good 30th celebration at all. Will never book with yourselves again as your customer service is abismal!

The treatment and our lunch were 5 stars, the only downside was there was nowhere to sit and relax. We had to sit in reception waiting for our treatments after the treatments we went for lunch and then left. There was absolutely nowhere to sit around the pool area and the Jacuzzi was out of order.
