The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and professional; a credit to the team. Restaurant service was ok but very slow and wasted a lot of spa time. Although polite, the lady giving treatments loudly chewed chewing gum throughout my treatments which was not pleasant. My facial has left my skin even worse than when I came in terms of dry and now painful skin.

We had a lovely spa day and used all of the facilities. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The beauty treatments were relaxing and the beautician was very professional.It was nice to enjoy the sun on the terrace. The only criticism is the lack of loungers but I can see that space is an issue.
