First impression were OK, no changing rooms in the spa, that's fine if you don't mind getting changed in front of people. The spa had a door with frosted glass, you could easily see in through and make out someone who was getting undressed. You fill out a form for the pressure you want for you massage, they ignore it, ask for the pressure to be firmer, they ignore you. Had to walk through a wedding party to get to lunch. Glad I had a voucher because I would not pay fill price.

Lovely day relaxing with friends. Treatments were good n staff very friendly. There could be more choice in the menu for lunch. Maybe a snack/sandwich alternative😉
